My Growth Score is an account-based platform for feedback, surveys, recognition, scoring, growth tracking and related insights, intended for individuals and organisations.
Account responsibility
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Organisation and team use
- Organisation admins are responsible for inviting appropriate users and managing access and roles.
- Users should only access data they are authorised to access.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, misleading or harmful use.
- No attempts to bypass security, access unauthorised data, or test the service without permission.
- No uploading malicious code or interfering with the service or other users.
Feedback, surveys and recognition content
- You are responsible for the content you submit.
- Content should be professional, lawful and respectful.
Scoring and insights disclaimer
Scores, dashboards, AI-assisted insights, summaries and recommendations are informational only. They should not be used as the sole basis for employment, disciplinary, legal, medical, financial or other significant decisions. The service may contain errors, incomplete data or inaccurate outputs. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, HR or performance-management advice.
AI-assisted features
AI outputs are generated from available data and may be wrong or incomplete. Please review outputs before relying on them.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
The service may be interrupted, modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk or violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
The app design, software and branding belong to the service owner and its licensors. You retain responsibility for the content you submit, and you grant the rights needed for us to operate the service (for example, to store and display your content to authorised recipients within your organisation).
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics and AI providers. Their availability and terms can affect the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on scores, AI-assisted outputs or other information provided by the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
