Login and account help
If you can't sign in, try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. If you're still stuck, email support with the email address on your account and a short description of the problem.
Organisation or team access
If you belong to an organisation, your organisation admin manages your invitation, role and access to organisation data. For access changes or role issues, please contact your organisation admin first.
Data deletion and privacy requests
You can request account deletion or data access/deletion by contacting support until an in-app account deletion flow is available. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data and your choices.
Bug reports
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device type (for example, iPhone 14, Pixel 7, Windows laptop).
- The browser or app version you're using.
- Screenshots, if it's safe to share them.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
App Store and Play Store users
Support is available for both mobile app and web users. The mobile app uses the same account and data as the website. If you installed from the App Store or Google Play, please mention that in your support email along with your device type.
Safety and abuse reporting
If you see inappropriate feedback, recognition or other misuse of the service, please report it to support so we can review. Include links or screenshots where possible. We take reports seriously and may take action under our Terms of Use.
